Why Is My Bundle Not Showing on Mobile? walkthrough

Most of the time the App Embed is off or the bundle has no place in your theme, for example on a theme that needs an app block in Product information.

Steps

  1. On the Dashboard, check App Embed shows Active (enable it).

  2. Still not showing? Add the PushBundle app block where you want the bundle (see how).

  3. Click Save, then open the product page on your phone.

  4. Still no bundle? Contact us on live chat or from Get Support.

You're done

Your bundle now shows on mobile. Open the product page on your phone to check.
