How to Downgrade or Cancel Your Plan

You can move to a lower plan at any time, or switch to Free to stop paying, for example from Advanced ($14/month) to Free ($0).

Steps

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps > PushBundle > Pricing & billing.

2. Open the Plans tab.

3. Check what the lower plan includes. Free has the Volume Bundle but no other bundle types.

4. Click Switch to Free (or the plan you want). To stop paying, choose Free.

5. Plan changes are approved in Shopify. Your plan switches at the end of the current billing period.
