How to Hide a Bundle from Specific Customers walkthrough

Hide a bundle from chosen customers while everyone else still sees it, for example keep a first-order offer away from staff accounts.

Steps

  1. Go to Apps > PushBundle > Create Bundles and click Create Volume Bundle.

  2. Set up the title and offers as usual (see how).

  3. Under Customer eligibility, choose Exclude Specific Customers.
    It's the same in the Cross Sell and Mix & Match editors.

  4. Search for each customer by email, or click Browse to pick them.

  5. Click Save.

You're done

The customers you picked no longer see the bundle; everyone else still does.
