Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the difference between “Discount on total” and “Discount per unit”?

When setting up discounts in Push Bundle, it's important to understand the difference between Flat Discount and Discount on Each Variant, as they affect pricing and display differently.

    Flat Discount

    • Applies a single total discount to the entire bundle.

    • The discount is calculated once based on the total price of all items in the bundle.

    • Bundles where you want to offer a fixed savings (e.g., $10 off on buying any 3 items together).

    Example:
    Bundle Total = $50
    Flat Discount = $10
-> Customer pays $40 for the bundle.

    Discount on Each Variant

    • Applies a discount individually to each item/variant in the bundle.

    • The discount is calculated per product based on its price.

    • Volume bundles or Mix & Match offers, where each variant gets a proportional discount.

      Example:
3 items each priced at $20
      Discount per item = 10%
      -> Customer pays $18 × 3 = $54 instead of $60.
  • How to change the box icon of Mix and Max pack size?

These settings help your customers build their Quantity Packs exactly how they want, especially for items with different options (like sizes or colors):

    • Number of variants: This is about how many different kinds of items you can pick for one pack.

      • Example: If you're buying T-shirts, you might set it so customers can pick up to 2 different colors (e.g., 1 red, 1 blue).
    • Quantity per variant: This is about how many of each specific kind you can add to your pack.

      • Example: For those T-shirts, you might let customers add up to 3 shirts of that one color they picked (e.g., 3 red shirts).

It's all about giving customers smart choices to build their ideal pack!

  • Can my customer order multiple mix and match box?

Yes, your customers can order multiple Mix & Match boxes!
Push Bundle is designed to give your customers flexibility — they can add more than one Mix & Match bundle to their cart based on the rules you set.

    Here's how it works:

    • Each Mix & Match box is treated as a separate bundle.

    • Customers can customize and add multiple packs with different combinations.

    • Quantity restrictions and limits (if set) will apply per bundle.

    Example:

If you’ve set up a bundle where customers must select 5 items to complete one box, they can:

    • Create one box with 5 items and add it to the cart.

    • Then create another set with a different combination and add it again.

This way, customers can mix products, enjoy bundle pricing, and still purchase in bulk — all in one seamless shopping experience.

  • What is Mix and Match?

Mix & Match is a powerful feature in Push Bundle that allows customers to build their own custom bundles by selecting different variants or products, all within the rules you set.

    Key Highlights:

    • Customers can choose from multiple products or variants in a bundle.

    • You can set minimum and maximum quantity limits per product or pack.

    • Perfect for creating flexible bundle deals while still maintaining control over order rules.

    Example Use Case:

Let’s say you sell candles in different scents. With Mix & Match, you can:

    • Let customers choose any 4 candles from a group of 10 options.

    • Set rules like “at least 1 of each scent” or “no more than 2 of any single type.”
  • I’ve created a mix and match bundle, but it is not visible on the product page.

If your Mix & Match bundle is not showing up on the product page, don’t worry! This can happen due to a few common reasons. Please go through the checklist below to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Bundle Is Not Activated

    • Go to your Push Bundle dashboard.

    • Make sure the bundle status is active.

    • If it’s still in draft or paused, it won’t appear on your store.

    3. Theme Integration Is Incomplete

    • Some themes may require manual placement or adjustment.

    • Go to Theme Integration settings in the app and ensure Push BundleBlock is added in your current theme

    5. Caching or Delay

    • After saving, changes might take a few seconds to reflect.

    • Try clearing your browser cache or viewing in an incognito window.
